Leadership Development & Training, The Karsten Group
Under the project management of Dr Hekkie van Der Westhuizen (SALDaTI; Southern African Leadership Development and Training: www.saldati.com), I was one of four Afrikaans speaking coaches working with the Karsten Group (www.karsten.co.za) for a period of six months. Dr Hekkie Van Der Westhuizen was leading the programme with his Leadership Workshops as we as coaches supported the twenty-one farmers of fifteen separate farms.
